Starbound to produce
50-foot balloons for Dandy

Dandy Productions of Carmel has signed a licensing agreement with Starbound Entertainment of Newcastle, PA., to produce two 50-foot parade balloons modeled after the Carmel company's Yankee Doodle Dandy and Yankee Doodle Dolly characters.

The characters appear in a children's book, "Life on a Lucky Star," written and illustrated by Suzy Goodman-Pollack, president of Dandy Productions.
